ZIKOL is present in the world of civil engineering for 20 years. It was established in 1987 with the means of 100% private investment by our manager Pandev Zivko. He was a pioneer in this industry in Macedonia. One of the most important reasons for our continuous development and success is his constant personal dedication and involvement in each project, his contribution in the establishment of a stable position on the market for the company in a time when he had to face some hard economical conditions and some different work methods.

The company has worked out a huge number of projects of building contraction for such investors as Ministry of Transport and Communications, Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning, Macedonian Telecommunications, as well as many other programmes provided by different European institutions such as European Agency for reconstruction, European Bank for Development Promotion, PROWA, SIP-programme financed by KFW-Bank.

Our experience made it possible for us to establish our company in a more flexible and a more organized way, which gives us the opportunity to improve our competence on the market.

Our objective to gain the top position on the market as well as the aim to establish a much better organization of the work of the company, were the basis of the implementation of the ISO system 9001:2000. Thus, ZIKOL has achieved a Certificate of Quality Management System since March 2005.

Our qualified personnel, regarding our civil engineers, architects, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, is always prepared to provide excellent services and solutions whenever it is required and necessary.

ZIKOL has undertaken an obligation to protect the environment. Therefore, in each project we use programmes that do not produce harmful substances; we also use materials which are compatible to the environment itself, so as to provide protection for everyone during their working hours, as well as to protect the environment itself and the society as a whole.
