1987 – Establishment of ZIKOL
1988 – Realization of the first construction Restaurant LIPA
1994 - Realization of the construction Russia
1997 – Opening of IT sector – Computer store MacPages
1998 – The Real Estate Agency in Skopje starts working
1999– Making a contract with Macedonian Telecommunications for realization of construction
2000 - Realization of the construction Astrahan, a business construction with a culture centre and a theatre in Russia
2003 – Realization of the construction Razvlekatelni Centar „Joskar Ola„ in Russia
2006 - Making a contract with Macedonian Telecommunications for maintenance of the telephone lines, as well as a contract for Master.
2006 – Master Dealer contract with Macedonian Telecommunications for sale of their products
2006 – Production and sale of PVC windows.
2006 – Opening a branch office for ZIKOL windows in Bitola
2007 – Opening a factory for automatic production of PVC and aluminium windows
