The building industry itself is not an individual activity; however, it is a kind of multitasking. A project manager is in charge of the realization of the work. The work is supervised by an executive, and it is also directly observed by the investors themselves. Here we can also add that the whole work is indirectly observed by the public. However, the building trade as a whole is not just as simple process as it seems. The successful realization of any project comes as a result of a previous effective planning. It is a long process of creating designs, realization of activities that have to do with the protection of the environment, a successful arrangement of the resources, determining a budget, preparing tenders, creating safe conditions at the building site, dealing with the response of the investors for the possible delay, and a lot of other things which need previous planning.
